The Collection
Our Culinary Department invited more than 300 schools to submit innovative, new recipes that meet our national and budget requirements. This recipe book is the culmination of that request, and includes more than 70 recipes that were shared by chefs, managers, and team members from across our organization.
From creative takes on school favorites to recipes rooted in tradition, every dish tells a story of care, pride, and passion. Each recipe has also been adapted for the home kitchen, making it easy to bring a little of The Nutrition Group to your own table.
More than a recipe book, this is a collaboration of the people behind every meal and the shared mission that connects us all:
caring people serving great food.
We hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we enjoyed collecting them.
The Contest
From all of that, five recipes emerged as the favorites.
