Our custom characters, Calvin the Calf and Molly the Cow, allow children to learn about the importance of fruits, veggies and dairy in fun and interactive ways.

Operational Practices
We understand that every district and organization has its own sustainability goals. To support your efforts, we offer flexible, customizable sustainability packages that help you make eco-friendly choices without sacrificing efficiency or budget. These include compostable, reusable, or environmentally friendly options for serving, flatware, straws and more. We can help train your staff on environmentally responsible practices across all aspects of your cafeteria.
Educational Programs
To take this commitment even further, we’ve created sustainability programs that can be implemented in your cafeterias. Our elementary program, “Planet Pals,” and our secondary program, “More Taste, Less Waste,” encourage students to consider only taking the food, napkins, and utensils they truly need. These programs will help students be more mindful when it comes to meal choices, and to teach them that their decisions directly impact the world around them.
We’ve recently revamped our Farm to Fork program, partnering with even more local farms to bring fresh and whole foods into the cafeteria. This program supports farmers, and showcases the many benefits of serving delicious and nutritious food grown close to home. Our Farm to Fork program reduces environmental impact by shortening supply chains and cutting transportation emissions, while also supporting local economies.
