K-12 school meal service is at the core of what we do. We understand that students want tasty food, parents want nutritious meals and administrators want to make both groups happy while maintaining a balanced budget. Specializing in truly one-of-a-kind menu planning, The Nutrition Group will work with you to transform your cafeteria and serve delicious, well-rounded meals.
When you partner with The Nutrition Group, we will assign you a resident food service director. This director has the support of all of our experts, including dietitians, chefs and professionals within purchasing, human resources and beyond. We are extremely proud to be able to offer you our very own well-trained network of educated and qualified individuals. These individuals are experts in their respective fields and are hands on to help with challenges large and small.
Your food service director will also help to manage cafeteria staff – whether you choose to keep them on your payroll or place them on ours. We will mentor, train and coach the staff. By doing so, we invest in both their success and our success in fulfilling our promises to you. Self-operated districts do not have the resources that we provide and other food service management companies do not devote the hands-on oversight that we do.
